Group Training Classes

Members of the club have full access to Group Training Classes offered throughout the day to accommodate busy schedules. Regular participation in group training ensures exercise variety and accountability to your fitness goals. We also hold regular orientation sessions each week to help new members feel comfortable when they come in to workout, Circuit of the Month Workshops to help you change up your program to maximize results in the gym, Weight Loss and Nutrition meetings and incentive programs to help you stay on track.

At Personally Fit, we pride ourselves on diverse, well instructed classes. Our instructors are knowledgeable trainers who specialize in their particular fields of instruction. Modifications are given, so all levels of participants are welcomed in a non-intimidating environment. Please note, however, that classes are not a substitute for personalized one-on-one training, so listen to your body and use modifications when necessary. Classes can fill up, so please arrive early and be courteous of your fellow members by not bringing cell phones into the group training room. Remember, this is your time!

Cardio, Body Sculpting, & Interval Classes

Accumulator

A complete training workout on steroids!! This workout is not for the faint at heart as you work from levels 1 - 10 in one class; it takes determination to finish this class, so bring water and your big girl panties for this one!

Drums Alive

Challenge your mind and body with this new and exciting workout combining music, rhythm and cardio training. Participation is limited to 25 per class, so make sure you get there early; check class times as they are pushed back a few minutes for set up.

Hoopercise

You asked for it, so Hoopercise is on the schedule! Hoopercise is a cardio and core workout using (you guessed it) - hula hoops. Participation in this class is limited to 20, so make sure you show up early!

Barbell Burn

No fancy toys! Dawn gets back to the basics with a straight strength training workout using just a barbell and stability ball. You are guaranteed to get a full body strength and cardio workout in this class.

Circuit Training

A combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness.

Kickboxing

This class combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics for full body toning and conditioning. Great high intensity and high impact class for maximum fat burn.

StepNTone

Cardio and toning workout using a step, together with body conditioning exercises to burn calories and strengthen and tone muscles in the entire body. You will get 30 minutes of step followed by 20 minutes of weights, with a 10 minute cool down.

Body Sculpting

A total body workout from top to bottom; no cardio. This class focuses on sculpting muscles with light to heavy weights.

Cardio Sport

Challenge your cardio endurance while improving your balance and strength. This high energy 45 minute class consists of various sports training exercises designed to keep your heart rate up and burn calories while developing your agility, balance and strength.

Cycle Circuit

How many calories can you burn in 45 minutes? Find out in the Cycle Circuit class. Cycle Circuit is the brain child of Dawn and Crystal; this workout introduces circuit training to the cycling to burn the most calories possible in the 45 minute session. Space is limited to 10 participants; you must sign up at the Cycle Circuit table prior to class.

Ab Blast

45 minutes of straight core training. A strong core makes everything physical easier and protects your back. Don't miss out on the opportunity to really challenge and improve your core strength.

Mind, Body and Dance

Yoga

Get rid of stress, increase blood circulation and balance your life. This class focuses on linking poses together with the breath for flexibility and core strength. Yoga is practiced in a warm room. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed in mind, body and spirit.

Pilates Sculpt

A class focusing on the core postural muscles which keep the body balanced and support the spine. Practice breath and alignment to streamline your body with this classical mat format.

Zumba

Zumba is a "feel happy" workout, great for both the body and the mind. Based on various Latin and international dance themes Zumba will get you moving to a leaner you. It combines aerobic intervals, rhythm, sculpting, and toning. Fun, easy, effective, so come join the party!
