Group Training Classes

Members of the club have full access to Group Training Classes offered throughout the day to accommodate busy schedules. Regular participation in group training ensures exercise variety and accountability to your fitness goals. We also hold regular orientation sessions each month to help new members feel comfortable when they come in to workout, Circuit of the Month Workshops to help you change up your program to maximize results in the gym, Weight Loss and Nutrition meetings and incentive programs to help you stay on track.

At Personally Fit, we pride ourselves on diverse, well instructed classes. Our instructors are knowledgeable trainers who specialize in their particular fields of instruction. Modifications are given, so all levels of participants are welcomed in a non-intimidating environment. Please note, however, that classes are not a substitute for personalized one-on-one training, so listen to your body and use modifications when necessary. Classes can fill up, so please use the on-line sign up where available. Arrive early and be courteous of your fellow members by not bringing cell phones into the group training room. Remember, this is your time!
