Group Training Classes
Members of the club have full access to Group Training Classes offered throughout the day to accommodate busy schedules. Regular participation in group training ensures exercise variety and accountability to your fitness goals. We also hold regular orientation sessions each week to help new members feel comfortable when they come in to workout, Circuit of the Month Workshops to help you change up your program to maximize results in the gym, Weight Loss and Nutrition meetings and incentive programs to help you stay on track.
At Personally Fit, we pride ourselves on diverse, well instructed classes. Our instructors are knowledgeable trainers who specialize in their particular fields of instruction. Modifications are given, so all levels of participants are welcomed in a non-intimidating environment. Please note, however, that classes are not a substitute for personalized one-on-one training, so listen to your body and use modifications when necessary. Classes can fill up, so please arrive early and be courteous of your fellow members by not bringing cell phones into the group training room. Remember, this is your time!
Cardio, Body Sculpting, & Interval Classes
Accumulator
A complete training workout on steroids!! This workout is not for the faint at heart as you work from levels 1 - 10 in one class; it takes determination to finish this class, so bring water and your big girl panties for this one!
Basic Strength
A head to tow workout with no cardio. This class focuses on increasing muscular strength with light to heavy weights. Appropriate for all fitness levels as you control the amount of weight you use.
Body Sculpting
A head to toe workout with no cardio. This class focuses on sculpting muscles and toning with light to heavy weights. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Bootcamp
An extreme total body workout focusing on strength and endurance. Want to burn between 500-700 calories in 1 hour? Jump into a Boot Camp class; it's great for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
Cardio Circuit
High intensity - a combination of plyometrics, weights and basic cardio (step, sprints, etc.). This is a cardio class, so get off the treadmill and join us for cardio circuit to rewire your metabolism hard drive.
Cycle Circuit
How many calories can you burn in 45 minutes? Find out in Cycle Circuit. This workout introduces circuit training to cycling to burn the most calories possible in the 45 minute session. Space is limited to 10 participants; you must sign up at the front desk prior to class.
Fat Burner
45 minutes of straight cardio training - 15 minutes step, 15 minutes kickboxing and 15 minutes low impact aerobics.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Intermediate class alternating periods of high intensity exercise with periods of rest. This class is interval training at its finest and utilized weights and cardio to help you reach your goals.
Hoopercise
Hoopercise is sweeping the nation with a new way to burn calories using an old toy - a hula hoop. Hoopercise is a low to moderate intensity cardio and core workout. Participation in this class is limited to 20, so make sure you show up early!
Kickboxing
This class combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics for full body toning and conditioning. Great high intensity and high impact class for maximum fat burn.
R.I.P.P.E.D. (Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrices, Endurance, Diet)
Experience this total body "plateau proof" workout utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.
StepNTone
Cardio and toning workout combining a step with body conditioning exercises to burn calories and strengthen and tone muscles in the entire body. 30 minutes of step followed by 20 minutes of weights, with a 10 minute cool down.
Mind, Body and Dance
30/30 Accumulator/ Yoga
The perfect balance between intense strength and cardio training and yoga stretching. All you need in a complete "workout."
Booty Barre™
Do You Crave a Firmer Booty? Do You Want To De-Flab Your Abs? Do You Wish For Minimal Cellulite and Less Jiggle All Over? The Barre™ workout is a uniquely fun, high-energy group fitness experience, which fuses exercise techniques from the worlds of Pilates, Dance, Cardio-Sculpting Moves and Yoga. You’ll firm, tighten and tone your whole body without adding bulk, and you’ll burn mega-calories along the way.
Cardio Dance
Have fun while burning calories with this dance based cardio class.
Pilates
A class focusing on the core postural muscles which keep the body balanced and support the spine. Practice breath and alignment to streamline your body with this classical mat format.
Yoga
Get rid of stress, increase blood circulation and balance your life. This class focuses on linking poses together with the breath for flexibility and core strength. Yoga is practiced in a warm room. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed in mind, body and spirit. Personally Fit's yoga classes are a hybrid of Vinyassa and Ashtanage yoga.
Yoga Beat
A series of basic yoga poses choreographed to music. This class is designed to tone the muscles and increase flexibility all the while grooving to a motivating beat. This high-intensity class will make you sweat and soothe your soul!
Zumba
Zumba is a "feel happy" workout, great for both the body and the mind. Based on various Latin and international dance themes Zumba will get you moving to a leaner you. It combines aerobic intervals, rhythm, sculpting, and toning. Fun and effective, so come join the party!

COM Workshop
A total body workout designed each month by the Personally Fit trainers to help you maximize results and avoid plateau. These workshops are included in memberships.
FUEL
A group weight loss program that walks you through the process of transforming your diet created by Dawn A. Foreman - Registered Dietitian and owner of Personally Fit.
Workout 101
An orientation to all of the cardio machines (treadmill, bike, elliptical and steppers) to help new members of the Personally Fit community feel right at home. Register for Workout 101 at the front desk.
Mommy and Me
A 30 minutes workout to introduce your toddler to movement while enjoying some mommy time. Appropriate for ages 2-5.
