The recommended starting point for new members is the 12-week No More Excuses personal training program.  No More Excuses includes your choice of two or three (30-minute) personal training sessions per week, pre- and post- fitness check-ups and weekly health challenges.  It is designed to help you realize results and gain the tools needed to keep you motivated to make fitness a part of your life.

Don't want to go it alone? Reap the benefits of personal training, but share the experience (and the cost) with a friend. Includes pre- and post- fitness assessments and weekly health challenges. Partner training for more than 2 people is also available.
